Copyright Office has scheduled a "Virtual Session for celebration of 69th Copyright Enactment Day on 04th June 2026" from 2:30PM to 04:00PM. Theme for the session is Foundation, Evolution and Future Horizons of Copyright Law.

The Exchange Symposium on ICT-Enabled FinTech Innovation And Financing Intangible Assets was successfully convened at IIM Ahmedabad, Ventures on April 27, 2026. The event featured a hybrid dialogue, where the O/o CGPDTM and prominent FinTech industry experts of India were joined online by international delegates from INPI (Brazil), CNIPA (China), EIPA (Ethiopia) and Rospatent (Russia). In line with India’s 2026 theme, Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability, the session focused on how IP-backed innovation and diverse industry expertise can drive shared global prosperity.
